• You must be 18 years or older to use our service • You must provide accurate and complete registration information • You are responsible for maintaining account security • One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account • You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis • All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law • Upgrading or downgrading your plan may result in prorated charges • We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice

• You retain all rights to content you create using our service • You grant us a license to host and display your content • You are responsible for your content and its legality • We may remove content that violates these terms • Templates and designs provided by UREB remain our property

You may not use our service to: • Violate any laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Transmit malware or malicious code • Engage in spamming or phishing • Harass, abuse, or harm others • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

• We provide the service "as is" without warranties • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months • We are not responsible for third-party services or content • Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations

• Either party may terminate the agreement at any time • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations • Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases • We may delete your data 30 days after termination • Certain provisions survive termination
